In partnership with brother (Rick), Ron has been involved with LSI Staffing since day one in early 1986. Under Ron's direction LSI has twice been listed in the Inc 500, and has grown to 5 offices in the Midwest: Wichita-KS, Kingman-KS, Omaha-NE, North Kansas City-MO, Kansas City-KS.
Ron is active in all phases of the business, with his primary focus being on finance. In 2006, Ron and Rick started HirePrinciple, a contingent search firm. And in 2007, founded HireOptions, a transitional placement firm focused on the underserved mid-level manufacturing positions.

Ellen brings 18 years of staffing experience, serving eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. Ellen began her career on a service desk, and during the last 13 years as Branch Manager in Omaha, has driven financial growth for this office at an incredible 32% annual rate. Ellen's steady approach to business has earned the respect of her contingent workers, inside team, and customers throughout the region. One major client recently noted: "We chose LSI because I know Ellen Johnson does what she says she'll do, and I can count on her."
Jackie has been with LSI since 2003. Bringing over 15 years staffing experience with her, Jackie joined the team in Sales & Marketing. Each year, Jackie has expanded our market share. Her sales efforts helped hours billed increase over 150% in a four year period. In 2007, she enhanced her role and become Light Industrial Manager, where she oversees a staff of five. Jackie has been involved in Wichita Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of SHRM.
Ken's career in the staffing industry spans almost 40 years, marked by a string of successes and promotions. He started as a Branch Manager and rose through the ranks to the position of Executive Vice President. During the course of his career, he worked for 2 national staffing firms and built a relatively small staffing organization into a very successful and highly profitable company which was subsequently acquired by another national staffing firm. Ken's wealth of experience in the industry includes successful start-ups, turnarounds, and acquisitions. The level of expertise in various aspects of the staffing industry that Ken has brought to LSI contributes significantly to the strength of our management team.
Dan joined the LSI team in 2006. Along with owners Ron and Rick King, he founded HirePrinciple, LSI's direct hire and clerical staffing branch. Dan guided HirePrinciple to a ranking of #5 largest direct hire search firm in Wichita in HP's initial year. Previous to joining LSI, Dan was president of an established recruiting and staffing firm for eight years and spent four years in sales in the oil and gas industry.
Rick Norris has been with LSI Staffing since April, 2005. Rick's recent focus has been on developing and managing LSI's safety initiative. He has worked closely with industry risk control professionals and LSI staff members, leading to LSI Staffing earning the "WRC Workers' Compensation Risk Certification". LSI Staffing is one of the few staffing agencies to earn this certification in the midwest. Rick works closely with clients in addressing work place safety, lowering the number of work place injuries and developing safety partnerships with clients. Rick also works with applicant processes and procedures to help ensure that LSI's safety program can address the specific needs of their clients and their employees. In addition to staffing experience, Rick has over 15 years of manufacturing experience in production management, operations management and human resources.
