HireOption, a division of LSI Staffing, blends our direct hire service with a temp-to-hire payment structure.

Why HireOption?

• More flexibility. Take advantage of a "pay-as-you-go" approach for sourcing talent for full-time positions. Through HireOption, we will break our placement fee into 8-12 weekly billings.
• Less risk. If employment with our candidate ends, for any reason during the billing period, you pay only for the time he or she was employed. Compare this structure to that of a traditional direct hire firm, where you would be expected to pay the full fee after a short guarantee period.
• Access to top talent. Just as with HirePrinciple, you will still have access to seasoned recruiters who can help you find the best-fit talent for your position.
