At LSI Staffing, we take staffing seriously. To be offered a position through us, you must successfully complete the hiring process outlined below to ensure you will meet our clients' expectations. Likewise, we screen all of our client companies to ensure they provide safe, positive, and rewarding work environments to our employees. You will be asked to come into our office to complete an application. You will need to provide your work history, as well as preference of shift and location.
At this time, you will also commit to a customer required drug screen and a criminal background check-both of which are mandatory when applying for positions with LSI Staffing.
You will then interview in-person with a staffing manager. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills, experience, and objectives.
LSI Staffing will also conduct reference checks with previous employers and other references provided.
If you successfully complete this process, you will go through basic safety training. For office and professional positions, you may also be asked to do some computer testing to determine skill levels.
You will then be offered jobs based on all factors of your interview, including your skills, experience, and preferences.
